Results From 5th Annual McCluskey Twilight

Pullman track and field turned in a strong showing on April 3, 2026, competing against Moscow in a nonleague meet at Pullman High School, with the girls team earning a win and the boys narrowly falling short.

The Pullman girls claimed a 74–67 team victory, powered by standout distance performances from Ada Harris, who won both the 800 and 1,600, and Aubrey Lightfoot, who took first in the 3,200 after placing third in the 1,600. Hana Tanaka was another key contributor, winning the 300 hurdles and high jump while also placing second in the 100 hurdles.

Pullman’s depth showed across events, as McCall Udy placed in both hurdle races, and Zaidee Hill contributed in the jumps. In the field, Maile Sandberg captured the pole vault title and also won the javelin, while Lesego Olorunleke added a victory in the shot put and a runner-up finish in discus. Camber Wolfe supported the throws group with two top-three finishes.

On the track, Pullman also swept both relays, with the 400 and 1,600 relay teams each taking first to help secure the team win.

For the boys, Pullman came up just short in a 74–71 loss despite several first-place finishes. Cade Udy led the way with wins in the 800 and 1,600, while Felix Fisher captured the 300 hurdles and added a third-place finish in discus. Eli Carter won the 110 hurdles, and Pullman’s relay teams also delivered victories in both the 400 and 1,600 relays.

In the field events, Pullman dominated several areas. Ryan Ha won the high jump and added a third-place finish in the long jump, while Boston Child placed in both the high jump and triple jump. In the throws, Silas Wheatley won discus and took second in javelin, while Stephen Baker secured first in javelin. Pullman also swept the pole vault, led by Trenton Dubs and Luke Genz.

Overall, Pullman showcased strong balance and depth across both the boys and girls teams, with multiple athletes like Hana Tanaka, Ada Harris, Cade Udy, and Felix Fisher contributing across multiple events in a competitive meet against Moscow.
