Baseball sweeps Rogers to halt six game losing streak

The Hounds (4-4, 5-9) started to turn their season around in the right direction after defeating Rogers (0-10, 0-15) 7-3 in game 1 and 11-1 in game 2. Caleb Northcroft and Tyler Elbracht combined for a four hitter and Cade Hill drove in two on an RBI single to break the game open in game 1. Calvin Heusser threw a complete game in game 2 while Kris Schroeder and Brendan Doumit combined for three doubles and six RBI’s.
