Pullman Out Shoots Deer Park 8-0

Pullman delivered a dominant performance against Deer Park HS, controlling the match from start to finish in an emphatic win fueled by relentless attacking pressure and efficient finishing.

From the opening whistle, Pullman set the tone, outshooting Deer Park 21–5 overall, including a commanding 15–3 advantage in the first half. Despite Deer Park goalkeeper efforts resulting in 8 saves, Pullman’s persistence paid off midway through the first half.

The breakthrough came in the 23rd minute when Miles Turneaure opened the scoring off an assist from Diego Amado Ariza. Just nine minutes later, Cannon Cordova doubled the lead, and momentum continued to build. In the 34th minute, Aaron Swenson found the net with Miles Turneaure providing the assist, pushing Pullman to a 3–0 advantage.

Pullman carried that energy into the closing moments of the half, as Diego Amado Ariza scored in the 45th minute off a setup from Owen Shulenberger, giving Pullman a 4–0 lead at halftime.

The second half saw no let-up. Just a minute after the restart, Diego Amado Ariza struck again for his second goal of the match. In the 52nd minute, Owen Shulenberger added his name to the scoresheet, assisted by Diego Amado Ariza, before scoring again unassisted in the 58th minute.

The final goal came in the 61st minute, when Isaiah Bischoff capped off the scoring spree with an assist from Owen Shulenberger, sealing a dominant performance.

Defensively, Pullman remained solid, allowing only 5 shots and recording 4 saves. The team also maintained discipline, committing just 4 fouls and staying onside throughout the match.

There were a couple of cautions issued, with Wyatt Johnson receiving a yellow card in the 16th minute and Diego Amado Ariza picking one up in the second half.

Overall, it was a complete team performance, highlighted by strong offensive chemistry—particularly between Diego Amado Ariza, Owen Shulenberger, and Miles Turneaure—and consistent control across both halves.
