Hounds Leave it All on The Track at Dolphin Invite

Pullman competed at the Dolphin Invite at West Valley HS, which hosted over 20 teams and more than 1,000 athletes.

Our team did an amazing job navigating a very long and competitive meet. They competed with strength and increasing momentum, which resulted in an outstanding number of personal bests. It was a great day for the Hounds!

Here are some highlights from today:

Boys:

Tim Chapman 7th in the 100m in 11.57 and helped our 4×100 take 6th.

Liam Fitzgerald 4th in the 800 in 1:59 and 7th in the 1600m with a new PR 4:36.

Cotton Sears took 6th in the shot put with a throw of 42′ 1.5 and 4th in discus with 124′ 8.5.

Emrik Gollnick scored 7th in the discus with a huge PR of 117′ 8.

Girls:

Anna Fitzgerald claimed 6th in the 800 in 2:28.

Abbie Hulst took 4th in the 3200 with a new PR of 11:48.

Shahad Akasha was 7th in the 3200 with a nice new PR in 12:33.

Audrey Cousins took 7th 100H in 18.57.

Ayana Kapofu medaled with a 3rd place finish in the triple jump with a 32’9.
