High scoring game against Colton

The Hounds played their second home game on Thursday. It was a tight match against Colton, with the Hounds having the lead at several times during the afternoon. They were unable to hold the lead as the game went on, and Colton’s tough hitting allowed them to comeback and take over the game. Freshman Taylor Cromie led Pullman with six hits and seven RBIs, including an inside-the-park home run. Three Hound players (Senior Marissa Carper, Sophomore Kinsey Rees, and Junior Taylor Cromie) hit triples. The Hounds also had eleven double hits and a double play.

Hounds open league play against Rogers on Tuesday (24th) at Rogers.
