Hounds Baseball hunts down Stags, gets W

Junior Calvin Heusser threw a complete game in a 7-0 win against the Deer Park Stags on Saturday (March 18th). Heusser’s 3 hit shutout performance improves his record to 1-0 on the mound and the Hounds move to 1-1 on the season after losing their season opener to Cheney. Offensively, Kris Schroeder led the way for the Hounds on Saturday, going 3 for 3 with 2 RBI’s. The Hounds have a week off before taking on Rogers High School in their conference opener on March 29th.
