Hounds dominate from start to finish in 9-0 clubbing of Medical Lake
The Greyhounds (2-2) took on the (0-2) Medical Lake Cardinal in a non-conference matchup. The game started off pretty slow with the Greyhounds dominating in possession, but not being able to breakthrough and score. That all changed in the 19′ minute when Junior Carlens Dollins dribbled down the left side and crossed the ball to Aiden Crossler who tucked it away for his 2nd goal of the season. Just 4 minutes later, a near replica of the first goal happened, this time with Freshman midfielder Clarens Dollins crossing the ball to Crossler who once again tucked it away. The rest of the half went scoreless with the hounds keeping their 2-0 lead. The second half was a different story with the Hounds coming out firing. Three goals happened fast within the first 14′ minutes, Goals by Lukas Wexler, Aidan Crossler (Hat trick) and Carlens Dollin brought the score to 5-0 and just 14′ minutes later, Aaron Oatley in his first game after getting called up scored 2 goals in the span of two minutes 67′ and 68′. At this point the hound were up 7-0 and called Senior goal keeper Tom Cole out of goal and put him forward in hopes of him scoring his first career goal. And it happened, a goal in the 75′ by Tom Cole brought the score to 8-0 and a Aden Athar goal in the 79′ brought it to 9-0.
