Hounds suffer first loss of the season 3-0 at North Central
Before the game started, both teams knew they would have to adjust their styles of play with how fast the wind was blowing. The game started with North Central getting on the offensive early, within the first 11 minutes they had taken 3 shots on goal and had two corners. The second corner proved to be to much, as the Hound’s conceded a header in the 11′ by Bryce Anderson. The rest of the half went mainly North Centrals way forcing Senior Hounds goalkeeper Tom Cole into 5 first half saves. The start of the Second half saw the Hound’s get their footing and start to put pressure on North Central, they forced the NC keeper in to multiple saves before NC countered hard and fast which lead to a Penalty getting given up. Ben Hippauf took the penalty managed to place the ball perfectly in the bottom corner. This made the score 2-0 in the 60′ and the Hounds never recovered. There was some back and forth but the Hounds never managed to break through, NC scored one more in 80′ to end the game 3-0
